2026/27 Seasons

• Standard rental is based on an occupancy of 10 guests. Up to three additional guests incur a supplement of £30 nightly.
• Check in/out days are flexible enabling guests to travel as flights dictate.
• Check-in 16:00, departure 10:00 (we try to accommodate other times as plans do change)
• Exclusive ground floor rental (3 bedrooms, pool & garden) is available outside high season and half-term.
• Five day and long weekends considered outside of high season and half-term.
• Payment is preferred in GBP.  Euro, USD and cheque by arrangement.
• Deposit: 25% of rental is payable upon confirmation. The balance plus a £300 damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We do not accept bookings for

• Stag or hen events.
• Less than one week in high season or half-term

Complete the booking form above by selecting your desired dates (min 7 days) and provide details for your party as follows:

• Check-in & check out date (arrival 16:00, departure 10:00)
• Lead guest name and contact information.
• Number of people in your party.
• If available, please provide your flight details (if flights are not yet booked you may  provide these with the balance payment. We will send you a reminder when requesting the balance payment.)
• Passport number of the lead member of your party (needed by the Greek authorities on arrival at the villa).
• If you have a baby and require a cot please request via the booking form.

Once we have reviewed you request and confirm your dates we will hold your dates for a period of 5 days and provide an email to confirm your provisional booking.  We will include a payment summary and important information.  In order to secure the booking you will be required to pay a refundable 25% deposit within 5 business days.  If we do not receive your confirmation within this time, the provisional booking will be cancelled and the dates released back into our booking system.

VRBO (formerly HomeAway/Owners Direct) is owned by the Expedia Group.

These last two companies offer secure online booking, instant booking and payment can be made via Credit or Debit Card.  Please be aware, you will be paying for these services with an administrative booking fee outside of our control.  The fee amount will vary according to the website, time of year and length of your stay.

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they have paid.  If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

This cancellation policy is copied from the VRBO website to ensure continuity of policies.

However, as holiday makers ourselves, we would always want to listen to specific cases and make decisions on each request as and when they occur.  If you have problems (and we know this can happen), please let us know as soon as possible.
